ACX is the annual convention and expo for the Professional Associations of Consumer Engagement (PACE) and the Consumer Consent Council. ACX helps businesses identify and utilize the industry’s best practices with educational programming and opportunities to explore the latest technology and engage with the brightest minds in the industry.

This year’s event will have nearly 40 sponsors.

Unless an event otherwise specifies, e.g., golfing, you’ll feel right at home in your favorite pair of jeans. We invite you to relax and wear what makes you feel most comfortable, within reason of course; please leave your chaps at home; you won’t need them to ride the mechanical bull.

Parking at the JW Marriott is valet only. The hotel’s convenient location is an easy walk to many downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions including the honky tonks of Broadway.

No, after you arrive at the hotel it is an easy Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride anywhere that isn’t within walking distance.

Ticket to all sessions, events and exhibit hall + meals at the JW Marriott Sunday - Tuesday. Additionally, there is access to the dinner on Monday night at Ole Red on Broadway.

Sadly no, it is one ticket per person.

When you register, please note your requirements on the registration form. If you have other accessibility needs, please note those as well in the notes.

Please be assured that your health and safety are our top priority! We are constantly monitoring current restrictions and guidelines. As of now, masks will not be required and we don’t anticipate that will change. However, we understand and respect that some may prefer to wear them, and we will have additional masks available if needed. Sanitizing stations will also be set up around the venue. If anything changes, we will keep you in the loop with an email alert.
